For middle to late forcing. Harvest from end of December until March. Can be forced with or without soil covering. Forms heavy and dense chicons

Sow seeds in May in rows 50 cm apart
Growing instructions
Thin to 12cm between plants. Lift roots in November and cut back leaves to 2.5cm. Pack roots in a box with sand and compost and cover to exclude all light. Cut chicons when they are 13-20cm.
