Sowing instructions
Sow seeds in May in rows 50 cm apart.
Growing instructions
Thin to 12 cm between plants. Lift roots in November and cut back leaves to 2.5 cm. Pack roots in a box with sand and compost and cover to exclude all light. Cut chicons when they are 13-20 cm.
