Brussels sprouts are a traditional winter vegetable and the plants can stay outside all winter. Sow from the middle of April in a seed bed and plant out six weeks later. Planting distance: 50×60 cm. Seed rate: 2-4 g/100 m². 1000 seeds= ~3-4 g.
